Hey guys, thanks to:swanso5, Boss Man, bigiz123, I read a little more things, and I decided to pick up some protien called Designer Whey, and it's working. In the short weeks I've been taking it (approx. 3 weeks.) I've gained about 6LBS. along with eating 5-6 meals a day every 2-3 hours. The weight that i've gained does not make me look fatter at all (haven't gone straight to gut). muscles look lean & bigger. so thanks a lot for the advice guys.

great result but you'll probably foid that sticking tio your plan is what's working more so than the powder but you do need to take it
