Not too bad.

Basically it works thusly if you're not sure.

There are two readings with Blood pressure. The top one, (Systolic), and the bottom one, (Diastolic).

A good average for both is 120/80.

Systolic measure Blood Pressure when the Heart pumps, and Diastolic measure the pressure when the Heart takes a brief rest.

When the Systolic reaches 140, BP is considered high. When the Diastolic reaches 90, BP is considered high.

It is not necessary for both to be on over the limit, to qualify BP as high, so readings of say 139/91 or 141/89 for example can be considered high.

Going by the mid way point of 120/80, youre okay I feel, but you might want to get regular 3-6 monthly checks, incase it gets a bit lower, as that may be indicative of future Hypotension, (low BP), but at present that one reading indicates nothing but good BP as far as I'm concerned.

I tought that it was bizarre but i don't think that pressure was never this low... doctor told me that it was not low to a concern he goes sometime momen may be low in iron or been on their perior and not eathing enough red meat might cause to have a little bit of low pressure but not to a concern!
Usually blood pressure is like 120/74 and 122/74 or 129/80 last year i always write it down... but i hope that this is not too dangerous to have it like that!

It was weird because i ask doctor to take blood pressure because i am very stress at work these day and i go home with stiff neck and pain in upper shoulder so i taught that maybe i had hight blood pressure but hum it was the opposite i ask him if he might know why and he mention that i said already above! Maybe it would of been different if i would of been at work that day because i took the day off so maybe i was relax!

Well if you're concerned at all increase things like Iron and Copper levels in the Diet to help with BP and Erythrocyte, (Red Blood Cell), levels.

Iron is pretty abundant, Copper comes from things like Nuts, Mushrooms, Legumes, Chicken etc etc.

Consider yourself lucky. Last October, mine was 98/56 and just last Tuesday, it was 104/68. Mine has always been a bit on the low side. I have terrible postural hypotension.
Wow.... is this dangerous, and what cause your blood pressure to be so low!
Someone told me once that if you have low blood pressure you should not eat banana because banana has potasium and it can lower your blood pressure more.... is this true?
