Hi, i've been away for a while.

Question

I know you aren't supposed to take ZMA with calcium but some say that you should take it on an empty stomach as well.

Considering the fact that i eat just before i go to bed, when should i take ZMA?

I'd just do that. 30-60 minutes before should be fine.
