dont wanna be bulky

Post by pamforparke »

hi everyone..
I'm 5'1 weighing 42kl.. i'm been doing a lot of cardio and workout for years. I want to trim fat especially upper arms, I never tried to do weights because I worry that I'll be bulky. I just want to be lean and toned, not really muscular. Any advice please? Thank you very much!

Also look at doing high reps with low weights, at high intensity. This helps tone, burn fat and doesn't bulk you up.

I appreciate the response.. I already started doing wieghts now. light in high reps.
you dont have to read this to waste your time:
i know it's kinda stupid to get scared getting bulky.. maybe i haven't fully adjusted yet with how people here has a different perspective on physical appearance. From country, it's not attractive for a female to have muscles.. even just a little bit, i mean abs is ok,but the legs and arms should be very feminine so this is kinda different for me.
well, im just saying this so u know why im so concern about it.
