You'd need to get some kind of mild weight training possibly, to get some more development.

Other options might be practicing your starts, and you could perhaps do the old empty tire trick. You attach and empty car tire to your waist with some kind of rope, and sprint with it.

Plus you might want to look at things like diet alterations, to boost energy, and Protein intake.

thast tire thing isn't the greates if the tiye is too heavy which change your mechanics, confuse the body causing you to get slower

get stronger...find a coach to teach you squats and deadlifts and maybe some olympic lifts...your only 15 so i wouldn't do them immediately...start with glute ham raises, bulgarian split squats and pistols (search)

Ankle weights may cause possible joint problems. I say don't bother personally.

if u do use them try not to use them frequently, at least thats what i think, also you may want to consider buying the sparq parachute if your not into the whole tire or ankle weights.. this is it http://www.sparqstore.com/catalog/produ ... e=1&grid=5

ive met extremely agile track stars who use them and say they are definately worth buying if used frequently

Another easy way to increase speed is to improve form. Video tape yourself, and then have a track coach or other professional look at the tape. You may even be able to simply search something like youtube and find a slow motion video of a track runner and compare your form to theirs.
