Friend got a tub but decided he doesn't wanna use it so i get it a little cheaper than listed price. I'd probably have a shake before i go to bed (on lifting days) or have half earlier and half before bed.

You don't need that much. It's got a serving size big enough for 200lb guys. You could however use half, and get 56 servings from it, which wouldn't be too bad.
Hm well i just used a calorie intake program, says i burn about 2800 calories per day, with the extra 300 from the shake I guess it would be possible to get about 3200 calories a day.
It's difficult for me to count the calories per meal and keep it consistent thoughout the week, any suggestions for simple ways of adding calories to foods? Or good bulking foods?
Yes. You can usually see the Carb Fat and protein content on Cereal boxes, Veggie bags etc etc, so you could try using those.
Or use simple methods like if you have a certain amount of Broccoli Stalks, add another couple, or another half a Chicken Breast, or another tbsp of Rice to Rice, stuff like that.
