Yes, you could try eating more Pro-biotic yoghurts, or taking Acidophilus, or other such Culture supplements.

You could reduce Dairy if you have it, or try taking things like Figs and Prunes, or try increasing Water.

You could also try taking Senna supplements.

Or lie face down on the bathroom floor, with some warm water up your butt, then when it softens rootle it all out with a chopstick .

Okay that was a dud answer, but the others could all possibly work for you.

Oh man Swanso, that is so hilarious …

Good thing it was in your kitchen and not in the gym while you’re training someone doing squats….

I’m not sure if it is good for me since I work from 6AM-9PM - 5 days a week… I don’t think I can handle the embarrassment with such accident at work.
I think I should take Bossman’s idea and lie face down on the bathroom floor… at least I know… It’s WORKING immediately!!!

Ummm…..Perhaps I can do it during the weekends… would 1-2 days work? Fruits… what kind?? Any particular kind I should consider to help me?
I don’t eat much melon stuff… I usually eat apples, bananas, oranges, pears, peaches, strawberries etc….

Bossman, is there a particular Acidophilus I should consider? Because the brand I’m using has Acidophilus.

You mentioned Figs & Prunes – Will the dry ones work too? As for water…. I DRINK SO MUCH WATER… I run to the ladies room every hour or less….
I will consider Senna supplements… it seems interesting..

Thanks for sharing your inputs and ahem… experience (swanso) :P

I'd just use ordinary Figs and Prunes, don't see it being a problem.

Acidophilus supps should be fine, in any respect I would think, so don't sweat it on them.

any fruit, or simply just increase fruit, veg and salad in your diet with some lean meat for 5 days and you'll be fine

clearly a one off that one

Hi Nokie,

I would try increasing your fluid intake a bit and see if that helps. Are you eating alot of dairy products? If you you might cut back as those can cause constipation. Also... are you taking any prescriptions? If so you might see if they have any side effects (such as constipation). Also, if youre eating a TON of meat you might cut back a bit for a few days and replace it with soy or eggs... see if that helps.

Just thoughts. Hope your problem gets better soon! There is nothing worse than being all clogged up. :)

Hi Cassie,

The only prescription I’m using is birth control pills for acne.
I recently started to take more supplements: Triple Flex, CLA, Fish oil, Multivitamin and the Acidophilus Pearls.

I usually drink lots of water on a regular basis.

I don’t eat that much dairy food.....
-Fat free cheese (1 slice on sandwich)
-Cottage Cheese (1/4 cup)
-Whey protein Shake (after workout)
-Almond milk (1/4 cup)

At the moment…..

I’m eating a lot more fresh fruits and dried ones, prunes and figs.
Cutting down meat for the next few days
Putting 2 Tbspns of Flex seed in Oatmeal
Taking fiber supplements.

Daily Fiber intake is about 25-35g.
Anymore… I think it’s bad….

Next step:

Trying out Yogi Tea
Find another Doctor :P

I take Triple Flex for left knee. It was hurting from running.
I copied the information below:

Nature Made: Triple Flex

Triple Strength / Two Per Day

Glucose 1500 mg
Chondroitin 800 mg
MSM 750 mg

Unlike pain relievers, TripleFlex® works with your body to naturally improve joint comfort, mobility and flexibility. TripleFlex does this by replenishing the body with critical nutrients needed for daily maintenance and renewal of your joints.*

Triple-Ingredient Triple-Action Triple Benefit

Glucosamine: Nature's basic building block for maintaining joint cartilage, which helps to maintain structural integrity of the connective tissues of your joints.

Chondroitin: A naturally occurring nutrient found in the connective tissues, which lubricates and cushions your joints.

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane): A source of dietary sulfur, which plays a critical role in the elasticity and flexibility of the connective tissues of your joints.*

No Artificial Flavors
No Preservatives
No Chemical Solvents, Yeast, Starch or Gluten
