Well I've been doing Chad Waterbury's workouts from his new book, and I'm only eight weeks in, but I'm pretty sure I see some results. I don't really have before pictures, but here are some pictures of where I'm currently at. If you guys think that I should concentrate on anything I'd love the imput. The pictures are kind of funny so don't laugh too much -- there isn't much to do during weeknights in college dorms.

thanks guys. yeah best friend isn't the other kid in the picture, that's just some kid who looks up to me for advice haha. but i don't have any pictures of legs nor do i plan on posting any -- these pictures just came off of friends camera, and i wouldn't want him snapping pictures of legs because that just seems a bit wierd
