Whose interested?
I've got the programs and diet information, have you got the 28 days for me?
How many weeks til summer for all of you over the other side of the world?
Let's get this thing going.
As interest grows I'll post more info on it.

I know, but I love friendly competition. It will be fun, and we can keep each other motivated.
Sounds good to me! This weather in Ohio is killing me! I cannot take one more inch of snow...I could use some motivation

I'm in but I have an advantage over the women.I could stand to lose 20-25 not sure they should/can sacrifice as much.Must be a % thing or the women just don't have a chance against me and some of these other guys I've seen

give it some time ladies, give more people the chance to find out it's on...gotta get the programming together properly which i should get done today hopefully
i'd say we're looking at 2 weeks at least, also give people a chance to finish what they're doing now training wise
