I just have a quick question. Im not overweight and naturally have quite a bit of muscle mass but after I stopped playing sports (and due to bad eating habits ive started) I gained 15 pounds. Im not concerned about how much I weigh I just want to lose the extra fat. Ive started to use treadmill every morning for half an hour on an incline workout. I know its not very long but its very hard and I sweat a ton. If I keep up with this and change eating habits is that enough to burn the fat?
