Im doing the Waterbury Method just for something different i had been doing the Brad Pitt preparing for Fightclub workout and had fun and had small gains from it but im stepping up.

Im about 5'11 and 108 kilos which sounds like heaps but im pretty solid. I have been working out for about 5 months and have really gained size and toned up. So ill post down what i was doing before and then ill post after workout today how i dealt with DAY 3 of the Waterbury method

This is what i was doing

Monday - Chest

· 25 pushups

· Nautilus chest press

· Nautilus incline press

· Pec deck machine (chest fly)

Tuesday - Back

· 5 pullups

· Seated rows

· Lat pulldowns

· T-bar rows

Wednesday - Shoulders

· Arnold dumbbell press (like a military press, but start the action with palms facing in and end the action with palms facing out)

· Lateral raises

· Front raises

Thursday - Biceps/Triceps

· Nautilus curl machine

· EZ cable curls

· Hammer curls

· Tricep pushdowns

Friday - Cardio

Walking or (preferably) running on the treadmill for 45 minutes at 65% to 75% of your maximum heart rate

Saturday/Sunday – Rest

I added a few variations in when i wanted to like Squats,Deads,Bench and shit.

Bit worried by that electric shock feeling when i did deads the other day but it should be fine as there is no pain and its only happened once.

I know that feeling i get it in arm occasionaly, have done for 30 years i always thought it was just a nerve getting trapped as i moved arrm out straight, never worried about it much but would be interested to know what does actualy cause it.

Swan this is how i want to structure working out weeks
Monday
Bi and Tri

Tuesday
Shoulders and Chest

Wednesday
Cardio or HIIT

Thursday
Legs

Friday
Back
How does that sound?

Might chuck a Ab sesh in the night or even another cardio in at night.

May i also ask what volume means when someone is talking about another work out is it the amount of reps.

Do you mean instead of focusing on all body parts to incorporate a Full Body work out everyday?

yeah i mean full body workouts 3x a week. you will feel like your getting a better workout and it will actually build you better....and quicker too.as your hitting all major muscles 3x a week.

You def need a full body workout. I dunno if its the pic, cos it isnt that clear, but it looks to me like you have big arms but now so much definition in your chest and abs. Are you just trying to get as big as you can?
