I would love to know how you guys do this, I can never eat that much protein and i dont even know what kinds of food i can eat daily to do it.

1 pound? no. That would be crazy.

It is 1 gram per 1 pound of body weight.

thats where the protein shakes come in after workouts. thats about 35g of protein per serving.

here's what i normally have daily protein wise

breakfast - weetbix, lots of milk - about 20g
meal 2 - bacon - about 12g maybe (cut in half over 2 melas usually)
3 - minced meat made into a stew etc - 25g
4 - chicken fillet - 25g
5 - tuna - 15g about
6 - shake, milk - 30 - 35g
7 - sausagaes, bread - 15 - 20g about
8 - steak - 25g
9 - fish - 15g

that's about 180 - 200 everyday at 165pds....easily too
