friend recently bought the infomercial p90x workout plan thing. It cost him 200 dollars (which is way more then I would ever pay for something like that) so he offered if i give him 60 dollars I could use it too.
Its like a workout plan/diet/record your results type thing. The pitch for it is that it is suppose to make you look really cut, get you stronger, all in 90 days. I think its just a scam to get lazy people to basically eat better and do more workouts to just lower body fat %.
Anyway I was just wondering if anyone has any idea about it cause I'am considering going in with him on it but i want someone peoples opinions first.

Im already active, strong, and in good shape im just trying to see if its actually a good workout/better then regular workouts or if its worth just doing that for strength training for 90 days rather than go to a gym.
No goals really, the only goal is to continue getting stronger, im not looking for a get strong quick thing or anything
I basically just am trying to see if its legit.

yea shipping handling and shit. but you can't really tell if it works or not if you don't try it out. and no one in here have used it before so we can't really say anything about it regarding if it works or not. so just try it out and if it gives you results, then good. if it doesn't, well, i think it comes with money back guarantee or something.
