gf and i broke up just before the summer and sexual activity decreased drastically and with the soccer world cup i've been drinking alot more than usual so i gained alot of fat. and now although i cut off a bit on the drinks i didn't get to where i was before in terms of weight.
what's the best substitute to ? not that i would like to drink as much again - oh well i'd probably want to but yeah i'd like to be back to where i am... also is abs training important to get rid of the beer or is a diet & regular cardio excercice enough?
you must have been throwing the leg over quite reguarly if it was keeping you in shape..actually i think the drinking made you fat as you usually eat a lot of crap at the same time and feel too ordinary to exercise...diet and exercise will get rid of beer gut
