I've expressed to parents that i would like to start working out because i am 13 and finally at the right age to actually start working out. parents bought me a new machine with a pull-down bar, a barbell set and a leg lift thing (lol sorry i know VERY little work out terminolgy. I mean the two pads at the foot end with a bar at the bottom) What would be a good way for me to start shaping up abs, calves, and biceps.
i dont like machines because they isolate mucles, with dumbells and barbells you use compund movements, which works out more muscles so basically a better workout. only thing ul probably need is a pull up bar.
