Hey all. I'm new to this, but i really wanted to get back into shape. I have kinda let myself go in the past year or so. I thought the message board and tracking tools would be a good way to start out. I have tried a million diets, but i never see results so i dont stick to any of them. I know it doesnt happen over night (un fortunately..) So I know its a long road ahead. I have been going to the gym five times a week i do atleast 45min. of cardio, and then i do some weights, stretching and yoga. goal is to lose about 40 pounds. i have also changed diet drastically... im sure ive cut out about 1,000 calories per day..(i work at a restaraunt... and believe me it can be the death of you. lol) does anyone have any good tips? legs and abs are where i really want to slim down.
