Help with weight loss Journey

Post by Worth78 »

Hello all, I am looking for some advice and a little support.

I am 30 and weight 155, and I am 5'5 tall. I want to be able to fit into a nice size 8 with out anything hanging over the edges. i am currently inbetween a size 10 and 12. It just seems like the 10s are still too tight and the 12s I can pull down with out unbuttoning them.

what should I do to help myself get there?

I am thinking goal weight will be 130. so I have 20 pounds to lose. It is really going to be hard. I have already taken off 20 pounds and now I am stuck in a platue. I cant say I did the 1st 20 pounds that right way. I did a lot of the starving myself and working out like crazy. I was always doing the treadmill. i would do 3 miles everytime i got on it. Now when I get on the treadmill after about a mile I am ready to get off of it. I also took some Diet pills Lipo 6. they helped give me the energy that I was not getting from food. Even though I did it the wrong way the weight is staying off but i think it is because i am staying active.

I have a treadmill at home and an exercise machine...

please help me i need all the advice i can get. i need some motivation and suport as well.

Hi there,

What kind of exercise machine do you have?

For your workouts I would do a full body weight routine 3 days a week then do intervals on that treadmill 2 days a week with possibly one long slow cardio session one day a week and a day off. For your weight routine lunge variations, squats, deadlifts, dips, pushup variations, pullups, row varations, are all great.

For your diet... stick to lean proteins, veggies, fruits, and whole grains. Instead of doing the diet pills, go for green tea as it has antioxidents with significant caffein for energy and doesn't contain all of the harmful chemicals that alot of diet pills have.

Hope this helps,

Cassie

Not to be rude, but this looks like a similar post to another of yours.

I ask because posting topics with a similar strand, may cause differing replies in different sections, that confuse you, then others if you bring them up, or you get one person posting on one section a reply similar to another one on a different section, causing one of the people to waste their time.

Again, not trying to be rude, because we do want to help you, so not causing us or you confusion, is a good way to make it easier for all :).

I am extremely sorry for this oversight Worth. I have now ascertained the post creation dates are months apart. It sincerely was not intention to cause concern or confusion on part, though I am human after all. Not an excuse just a fact.

As we sometimes say in Britain, I dropped a bollock.
