yes you should, free wt only though no machines

just one exercise should do for legs if you're doing the right one's, no calves needed

rememebr tyhe matching exercises with the rep range thing though

Cool. I did revised routine today and it took about 37 minutes with very little resting. I am having troubles with the rep range though, because I dont have a whole bunch of weight. I agree. Only free weights. I dont use machines. Just an exercise ball occasionally.

Anyhow...until I get more weights I need to figure out what suffices for each exercise. The ones that feel the best are the ones in which I use more weight. Today I did 4 sets of 10-20 reps, depending on how much weight I had. I did move some weight around as needed but I still need more before this routine can be as effective as possible.

What would you recommend as a really good leg exercise? I did notice that the calf raises felt like they werent doing a thing. Thanks again for the help.

how much wt do you need? i'd say you want to lift in the 6 - 8 rep range...do you have enough to do that?

legs - deadlifts, squats, lunges...done

yeah for certain parts of the body I do but not for everything. The bar bells I use for bench press and shoulder presses is definitely heavy enough. I need some heavier weights for some of the other exercises. I will be picking some up next week though. Its good to know that I should shoot for 6-8 rep range.

Yeah that sounds good for the legs. I think I just need to adjust the weight I use for those exercises. I was using dumbells for squats and lunges which I think was a bit too light. Thanks again.
