Post by x_rated_mo »

kay this creatine is a couple of months old. more then 5 i'm sure but cant recall when exactly i used it (i have about half a zip lock bag's worth, i've been on creatine for only 2 weeks so these r leftover)
it doesnt smell, n it looks perfectly fine, but i dont wanna end up taking it n risk body gettin distorted!

it will be fine

you need to be lifting heavy for it to work, big lifts 6 reps and under, for best effects

alriighhhtt! sounds good

what about nutrition ? its really difficult for me to eat alot. i hope i can pull it off with the food i'm consuming now!!

hey, what's a program to build sufficient muscle ? goal is to burn fat--that's goal, but i really just wanna build some muscle for now and as the weather gets hotter begin to get more toned and leaned.

anyone can eat a lot, organise it and do it

lean down or bulk up, make a decision...it seems you been leasning down forever now

maybe you need to have a decent crack at it...4 weks of nothing but training, eating and sleeping...become a hermit...you'll be suprised what it can do

goal is to bulk up for now, nobody has only one goal--everybody alternates between bulking up n getting lean, i beleive its a cycle, cuz life jus surprises u sometimes, especially if ur a universty student lol
but i'm sure i could do fullfil goal while maximizing fat loss, i've done it before, i thought maybe there was a common program for that, but i guess it's just me n body type.

anyways thanks alot man! i really appreciate ur harsh criticism but i wish u'd be more understanding!!
i mean, not every1 is blessed with the luxury of eating 6 proper, healthy, full meals a day lol i know i'm supposed to, i have a shitload of MensHealth aND MensFitness magazines that i read page to page so mind is loaded with info..
i mean i've 'trained like a hermit' before, but w/e i'll try to do so again, thanks again!

i have a program, trainign and diet, that if followed willd rop 5kgs of fat in 4 weeks easily

how much of a hermit do yuo want to be?

2 goals are great but it will take twice as long if not longer to reach them...try spending and saving money at the same time

yeah definately that's what i'm doing, n i dont mind the time it takes cuz i know this is the best way to get desired covermodel power body (best way to describe ultimate goal i guess)
which is gonna be derived by hermit-training from ur program, go ahead, shoot!
