That's a good suggestion. Once I finish all twelve workout routines I'll work on one on how to stretch. I put in a reminder at the end of the most recent vids to stretch for now.

Hmm, I'm a little confused by your question. I'm going to assume you want to try it before starting on another workout routine. I would definitely recommend it. The videos are free, all you have to do is follow the routine. Here's the link
