broad shoulders!!
hi all how do i get wide shoulders. looking at shoulders they seem to slope but thats because i have big traps but not very wide shoulders, i never have. would people suggestes ways to help widen them. many thanks

a small waist will give the illusion of wide delts even if they aren't although big traps do the opposite and once you have big traps they don't shrink back to normol size
as well as all side raise variations do the same volume for rear delt as well...i wouldn't do the dame fro the front delt as he gets a lot of work from bench and shoulder pressing so maybe 1 exercise for 3 - 4 sets or so
best width exercises i say are Horizontal DB Swings (search these), High Pulls (using a wt that you can only raise up to your mid and no higher), L Laterals (take out elbow weak link) and Power Laterals (same as high pull but with DB's and raiseing up as normal)
most important thing is to constantly change the way you hit them so maybe devise 3 workouts with different goals and rotate throught hem for 4 or so weeks
