I am new to this but I have signed up because I need some help to reach goal and I don't know what else to do so hopefully you have some tips!
I currently weight 120lbs and I am trying to get down to 112lbs by march 14th 2009. I have really improved diet and eat lots of fibre like ive been told to. No cake or pie or anything like that anymore! lol. I have also been working out everyday. I usually do abs/legs work outs about 6 days a week and try to do cardio about 4 days a week.
While weight has not gone up and Im looking more toned, Im still not LOSING any weight or any more inches!!! I dont know what else to do to help me reach goal?!
I know 120lbs is a good weight for me but Im in a pageant in march and I want to look amazing for it which mean no flab what so ever and im still carrying a little bit around on me. Trust me, if I didnt have this coming up Id be satisfied with 120lbs but as I said I need to looks amazing for this pageant and whats why I want to cut a few lbs.
Even the lbs I can deal with if I can just lose a few more inches.
Post some piks of you, so someone can help you with a good workout plan so you get toned.. you don't need to lose when you're than thin.. rather, you need to tighten up.

there you go you said it yourself your, your satisfied with your body so why change what your happy with? id rather see a chick healthy and happy with herself than skinny and crumbling inside.
