Now question is.
I do alot of running as of late.. 5-8k every day with weights 1 day off a week and really enjoy it, and don't want to give it up. What I need to know is when I hit the weights do I still need to do high reps 15-20 to cut down or do I do low reps with more weight to build that muscle that I'm losing from running so much?
