Help with a weekly workout/fitness plan please!

Hey, could i have some help with a basic fitness plan for the whole body, one that would excercise upper and lower body, as i do lots of extreme sports and running, so i want to be able to do the same motions repeatedly without getting tired quickly, also, i wanted to get slightly more in shape before the summer is here. I dont mind running, lifting, etc..any help would be apprecicated, thanks!

Hi there,

If I were you I would start with a full body routine doing pull ups, dips, pushup variations, lunges, squats, deadlifts, row variations.
