workout method

When working out i sometimes tend to do a set of bicep curls then do a set of tricep pulldowns then back to curls and so on. Am i better of attacking the bicep for all it can handle then move to a different muscle group. or can you jump around.

also, any thoughts on the supplement Nitrix?

it's better to workout in a circuit like 1 push 1 pull 1 leg workout and repeat, but compound sets and supersets have worked for a lot of people
