hi all any suggestions on how i can tone up a little and what sort of stuff should i be eating thanks ell1983
What do you eat now, and what times do you eat?
As for exercise, you could od total body stuff, and some Cardio per week. 2 sessions of high impact 30 minue stuff shoudl be fine.
So it works something like this.
Day 1 Weights
Day 2 Cardio
Day 3 Weights
Day 4 Day off
Day 5 Cardio
Day 6 Weights
Day 7 Day off
Keeps things simple, and keeps the off days nice and split, so you're not training more than 3 times back to back, and not having two days off back to back, possibly eating into progress.
