I hear you cant get bigger with muscles when you engage in cardio activity and i also heard you can. Can someone who is knowledgeable in this field who can set the record straight thanks

sure you can if your vcal's are high enough and you periodise properly with your training

The point of cardio is to lose fat, strengthen your heart, and strengthen your lung capacity. You can get muscle tone with cardio.
