I was just wondering: has anyone heard of p90x? has anyone used p90x? if so what do you think about it, would you recommend using it?
Thanks in advance for any answers i may get.

Heard of it, researched it, not a big fan. Focuses on muscle confusion which in opinion is pure rubbish. Don't waste you money. Results come from, discipline, good clean diet, and good old fashioned weightlifting. Don't something if it's not broke. Just opinion of course.

never heard of it but i still wouldnt recomend it. focus your energy more on a good diet and workout routine,instead of unneccessary supps.

RK it is a workout. Ha.

I have heard mixed review about it and opinion is you dont need it. Just put together a good full body workout and thats all you need.

Tony Horton's dad (also a "Tony Horton") used to work for me. If you go by the maxim that the fruit does not fall far from the tree, then I would not base any workout program on advice from Horton.
