Little help???? PLEASE!!!

Hi Everyone,

Obvioulsy new to this site and was wondering if I could get some guidance or suggestions. I really want to start being healthy by eating properly and exercising, but I need a routine to follow otherwise I never stay with it. Any idea where and how I am able to get a proper daily diet and some daily exercise's to go with that? I'm just looking to tone up body and get on a regular schedule with diet and fitness.

Any help would be great!!

food - go to diet section and read "read before posting..."

training - serach your body is a barbell by alwyn cosgrove
