Hi all!
I used to run a lot....couple half marathons and a couple full marathons. I was always lean (5'11 and 149lbs)....but since a running injury and lower back pain that seems to persist, I'm now about 158. I live in a small apt and do not have access to a gym (I'm also in France right now!), so I looked up the Alwyn Cosgrove program.
questions....
How often do I do this full body workout...2 or 3 times per week?
Can I find examples of these exercises somewhere? I didn't see them on his site or this one.
HIIT may be a struggle for me....since running is not an option right now. I have the Abs Diet 2 workout and it has a 25 minute HIIT workout consisting of jumping jacks, jump rope, etc....I may try that again!
I've read the Diet posts here too for guidance! Willpower is key, as I am surrounded wonderful fresh bread and wine...
Many thanks!
Bianca

the program is 4 days a week for memeory
pop the exercises into youtube
you'll need some equipment as you won't be able to all the exercies without it
if you have back troubkle then jumping is the last thing you'll do...you could simply trainevery 2nd day with AC's program and you wouldn't need any cardio really
