Nice theory, but unnecessary product to me.
Frankly who'd do that 30 minutes before a meal, when they might not have time, or be too busy making the meal.
If you want to do that, just have ordinary water before the meal, sod the bar, and fancy water. You can easily control hunger and diet, by having a good solid eating regime. No faddy diets, or low Carb this, low Protein that, point based systems, just honest simple maxims, that can be tweaked for the individual.
Fad product in eyes, and backed by a medic, eager to make some extra money on the side.
