NEED SOME WORKOUT PLAN

Hey guys,
I need some workout plan weight is about 158lbs
I'd like some plan to gain musscles.
and after im done with gaining (id like to have about 170lbs) i wanna burn fat :)

why not burn fat now? why wait until you're fatter which will more then liekly happen as you bulk??


what equipment do you have to use? experience? what do you eat etc....

well, so you think that is better to burt fat at first? okay ...im workin out about over a year or so now...

i eat mostly everything...
breakfast usually cereals corn flakes or some like that
than i i have snack at school a few sandwiches wit ham salat etc...
that after that lunch which is whatever mom usually cooked me
and than i eat maybe 2-3 more times i guess i should stop eating after 6pm or so am i right?
and i have all equipment as possible since im nor working out at home...:)

food - go to diet section ad read "read before psoting...", everything is in there

training - search the waterbury method by chad waterbury and do as written

Are you a hard gainer? I have a workout that worked extremely well for me...I came up with it myself although it isnt that complicated...but it is heavy lifting...anyways I went from 150 to 175 in a year while still keeping a veeeery low body fat (but thats the way I am naturally anyways)...email me at [email protected] if you want more info...and read the posts by others they have good info especially about diet...I can tell you what I did because I controlled everything I ate (was in college) and took a few courses in nutrition but these guys know their stuff

And swanso...I hope you didnt get mad when I posted that because I read your ' some things that bug me post... :) ' I've been lifting for 7 years and the workout did work for me, but it was refined many times and I spent a lot of time studying it too...just letting you know I'm trying to help and not blowing steam of of ... and for the author, dont email me, ill post it up here if you want so that suggestions and criticisms can be made

why would i get mad? if got made at everyone who bagged me on here i'd never get anything done
