some help on workout plan

well hey guys im new to this forum, and from what I've seen you guys seem to be helpful and know what your taking about :D

well i kinda starting training a while back, i dont go to a gym but i have a rowing machine and some free weights, i started like this and i have lost a stone already woohoo!

But recently i've received a multi-gym, and its got all the basic needs for all over body workout.

The thing i was wondering about is, if i can train everyday? but (different muscles daily)

like for example..

Mondays - chest shoulders
Tuesdays - Back abs
Wednesday - legs
Thursdays - Triceps maybe shoulders again?
Friday - Biceps and abs again possibly?

Is this too much a weak? and do some of these workouts clash with other muscle workouts for the next day?

if anyone could help out with workout plan i would be great full.

alternate 2 full body workouts a week for 3 sessions a week

workout a
squats
row
bench
arm superset

workout b
deadlifts
chin up
shoulder press
arm superset

add abs where you wat...stick to 8 - 12 rep range for mass, 4 - 8 for strength and 8 - 12 for fat loss but less rest...do 1st exercise as straight sets, 2nd and 3rd as alternating supersets (row, rest, bench, rest etc) and the arm as a proper superset (curl, ext, rest etc)
