
well i kinda starting training a while back, i dont go to a gym but i have a rowing machine and some free weights, i started like this and i have lost a stone already woohoo!
But recently i've received a multi-gym, and its got all the basic needs for all over body workout.
The thing i was wondering about is, if i can train everyday? but (different muscles daily)
like for example..
Mondays - chest shoulders
Tuesdays - Back abs
Wednesday - legs
Thursdays - Triceps maybe shoulders again?
Friday - Biceps and abs again possibly?
Is this too much a weak? and do some of these workouts clash with other muscle workouts for the next day?
if anyone could help out with workout plan i would be great full.
