Im not much into excercising because i get bored easy and if i don't see results i don't want to do it anymore. So i finally got ahold of the schedule for gym and was looking at starting the following...
Mon- 30 min of Taebo
tues-rest
wed- yoga
thur- weight training for 30min-1hr
fri-boot camp (not sure what they do but i been to boot camp so i can only imagine)
sat- yoga
Please give me some feedback. i am currently 149 and want to be around 130 or 125. which is where i was before having daughter 2 yrs ago.
Is this too much to start?

Hi there, thought I'd write back because we are wanting similar results - I'm 146 lbs aiming to get to 122 lbs!
Firstly - what are you eating diet wise?
Also; what makes you bored with exercise, is it just that you get dis heartened from not seeing results or is it the gym/dance studio atmosphere?
The problem that I keep finding with yoga is that you pretty much have to practise it at LEAST 4 times a week to see any significant results which is why I'm hitting the weights for the moment, too impatient!
Maybe we can swap tips that work for us as we are of similar weights and goals.
