Weight Gain
I am 18 years old guy
Height - 6'1
Weight - 58 Kgs
I need to gain weight and bulk up body. Plz let me know what should i do. Should I take some supplements if yes plz tell me which one should i use.
i have purchased some barbells and dumbells
i do 2 sets 25 reps of 16 kg plates flat bench press and dumbells of 6kgs.
should i use more weight in barbells or is it ok i want fast results.

if you can do more than 10 reps then theyre too light if thats the case invest in some more weights.

i hope your planning on working out all major muscle groups and not just chest arms and abs or something?

theres no such thing as "fast results" if your expecting that then forget it as youll be dissapointed!

post your workout plan in detail.

For optimum strength gain, go for more weight and fewer reps. At your age, you should curl no less than 10 kg for 5 - 8 reps.
