I'm aiming for a lost of 15kg and currently power walk 7km per day (I can't jog due to a car accident).
I don't want to bulk up but instead turn some of flab on arms and around chest area into toned areas.
Am I right to say that smaller weights with more reps is the best way to tone up, rather than heavier weights and less reps, which helps to bulk up? I don't want to be bulging, just have more refined arms and a nice, solid chest (flabby boobs for a man is NOT nice!)
Best way to tone up, not bulk up?
