football player workout

i am 15 years old 175 lbs......football got over last month and i need a workout i can use from now until next year.......any help?

doesn't your school do an offseason program for football? even if it is for older players i'd talk to the coach and get involved with it if possible. put your name out there: that's what I did when I was a freshman and it worked for me.

hey buddy....what position do you play? How tall are you? What equipment do you have access to? How often do you workout a week? I am in the middle of creating a website for athletes like yourself...I want to help you, I just figured out how to work this website, so try and PM me or reply to the post. Let me know what your goals are as far as training goes...your strengths and weeknesses...etc....I have to know all your stats before giving you a workout.
