sorry - you'll need to gain 15pds of overall muscle mass

you still should be able to do deadlifts hopefully without collars...maybe go to a hardware store and see if they'll have anything to help you out

well the load must be your 5 rep max as discussed so use whatever wt that is, do all the sets and reps with the prescribed rest and see how you go..if you don;t get them don't worry about it...stop there and get more the next time

Yeah but deadlifts and squats are 2 diff exercises for diff muscles right?.. For example.. Deadlifts more for lower body but more for back..
and squats is for legs and mainly thighs and right?..

I know that deadlifts u lift from the bottom and squats is over ur shoulders and rests on ur shoulders right?...i hope someone gets back to me fast cause its workout day and i just got home! arrggghh! ANSWERS lol

dead are hip dominant (glutes/hamstrings/low back)

squats are quad dominant (quads obviously)

only do 1 per session, not both

ok well i dont have the machine for squats today, so i cant do thatr workout :-(
