I have a problem finding protien foods in our house. The only one that you dont have to cook is yogurt and I dont want to eat 6 yogurts a day. Of course, dinner meal, I get protien from cooked meals usually, but not the other 5. :(

Why not try ot get damily to buy stuff like low Fat Cheese or Eggs. Eggs are easy to cook if you scramble them.

Plus if you buy stuff like Lean Ham, Turkey Chicken in a packet you can eat that cold.

I have another question....

should I do cardio to get a six pack? I still want to gain muscle in chest, biceps, triceps, etc. But I want a six pack. Should I include jogging or plyometrics in workout routine?

Hi Dude!

In your food diet, add vegetables on your egg, drop cereal or toast, and have a grapefruit as the carb source for your breakfast.

Old post anyway.

Pink Grapefruit would be better, as it's got Lycopene, and less Sugar. Apparently More A and Calcium, though slightly less C, in comparison with a small half and a medium regular.

Though a good Whole-grain cereal would also suffice as another option.
