post workout snack

i workout every evening at 7pm and some times i dont get done till 9pm but i want a snack but i go to bed around 10:30.....what should i eat?

You've got options.

You could have a Protein shake with Carbs.

If it's a Carb free one, then obviously things like Oats, Cashews, Whole-grain Bread with or without Honey.

If yo uwant a meal, thne you could have a Whole-grain Chicken or Turkey Sandwhich.

Or Beans on Toast.

Or try some Grilled Mushroom heads with Low Fat Cheese.

Or some Chicken or Turkey with some Nuts.

So plenty of examples there, and you could use your own.

protein shake and carbs (bread, pasta, rice, cerial) after trainig no matter the time, you need the replenishment

training for 2hrs?? far too long...cut to 1hr, have the food above then another solid protein, veg meal before bed
