Hi,
I live in the uk and lift weights

i have 45kg and am looking to purchase some more ,where can i get hold of them for cheap?

Online, or possibly from some sports shops. I really don't know exactly where you could get them specifically, you might have to look in your Phone directory or Yellow Pages, and just look up sports shops, and just ask around.

argos does 20kg for Â£20 cant get cheaper than that!

go for the steel weights rather than the ones filled with cement type stuff as theyre smaller and more compact!
