Six Pack Abs

Right now, I have a 4 pack, the top 4 abs are visible but then there is nothing on the bottom half. There is a small layer of fat covering that part of abs. Other than lower ab exercises, what can I do to show bottom 2 or 4 abs? What foods should I eat? Should I do cardio? etc. etc.

i personaly am not an ab fiend, but ask any girl what theyd look for in a mans body 9 out of 10 would say abs, but yeah theyre overated!

9 out fo ten ? Not sure ! Depends on the age I suppose. Ahh this is why I tend to seduce older women ahah.

Seriously if I have the choice between a really cut six pack and be weaker or a four pack with some fat but stronger I'll choose four pack with no hesitation ...

I have another question...

4 pack is most visible right in the morning right after I get up. In the middle of the day, it is much less defined. Why is this?

your water depleted in the mornign then you re-hydrate

yea man. you know how pro bodybuilders dehydrate themselves before competition so they can look insanely dry and cut? thats whats goin on.

without a doubt id take strength over 6-pack! who wouldnt? id rather be big and muscular than small and defined!

If I train long enough and do enough ab exercises, will 4 pack become easily visible even when I am perfectly hydrated?

are you talking about those wings? that's what i call them at least. i'm pretty sure those are actually called lats. i love those though, but why would you turn down a six pack? it's possible to have strength and still have a 6 pack

hi everyone I'm new in this forum and I want to take some advice about abs. Before when i was 16 till 18 I had 8 packs :D I don't know why and how but it was like that I didn't work abs, just legs chest and back. But know I have a little which grows up every week. I want help please. I have to meet friends the next months in london they'll come from USA and I have a challenge with them it started since the 15 december: Get 6 packs in 6 weeks without burning fat or something like that. I don't know where I have to start. PLEASE HELP!!! :(

amatlock - are you talking about the inguine crease (something like that) as in the pelvis line?

mzaruba - true but how many say "'...i wanna get strong and have a 6 pack?..."

none, they all want a 6 pack and nothing else so they do 4000 crunches a week and end up with nothing

what do I have to do then. BTW - I dont do 4000 crunches a week, I work almost every muscle in body at least once weekly.
