Six Pack Abs

Six Pack Abs
Right now, I have a 4 pack, the top 4 abs are visible but then there is nothing on the bottom half. There is a small layer of fat covering that part of abs. Other than lower ab exercises, what can I do to show bottom 2 or 4 abs? What foods should I eat? Should I do cardio? etc. etc.

Seriously if I have the choice between a really cut six pack and be weaker or a four pack with some fat but stronger I'll choose four pack with no hesitation ...

are you talking about those wings? that's what i call them at least. i'm pretty sure those are actually called lats. i love those though, but why would you turn down a six pack? it's possible to have strength and still have a 6 packamatlack wrote:
I don't really dig the 6-packs. Overall fitness is key. I don't it when I can kick the guy's .
As far as favorite muscle...I go for that V muscle, whatever it's called (transvers abs?)...they point the way.

hi everyone I'm new in this forum and I want to take some advice about abs. Before when i was 16 till 18 I had 8 packs
I don't know why and how but it was like that I didn't work abs, just legs chest and back. But know I have a little which grows up every week. I want help please. I have to meet friends the next months in london they'll come from USA and I have a challenge with them it started since the 15 december: Get 6 packs in 6 weeks without burning fat or something like that. I don't know where I have to start. PLEASE HELP!!!

none, they all want a 6 pack and nothing else so they do 4000 crunches a week and end up with nothing
