One thing I will say is, if you want to protect against such things again, tne recommended arsenals in your diet include things like Whole-grain, Tomatos, Beans, Berrys, Garlic, Spinach and Orange.
You may already do this, in which case no worries.
Of course you need to be aware with Spinach, it does have Oxalic Acid in it, the same stuff in Rhubarb leaves, and can be problematic in high levels, so limit Spinach where possible, but
Also try looking up B17, (Laatrile), basically Apricot seeds and Kernals and see what you think of those.
