Breathing problems (asthma)

I have been training for 11 years and now i am starting to have breathing problems anyone have suggestions on any minerals or natural herbs to fight this issue.

First thing that came to mind here is: How clean is your house? Damp mouldy and unclean atmospheres can affect asthma greatly
