would you be able to post up good compound movements for the shoulders and traps please, also need help with triceps, also we dont have a bench press bar only the smith machine and f/weights but only up 2 25kg. soon it will be time to move gyms to accomidate this, but there are big fellas here who have the same equiptment so there must be ways.

smith can still work but it's not real good for the shoulder joint as it doesn't let it move like it nsaturaslly does unless you naturally bench in a perfect straight line which no one doesn't...all this will do will put the joint/muscles in a position they don't want to be in with a heavy wt = injury

shoulders - shoulder presses, push presses, high pulls, push laterals

traps - any shrug movement and it also gets worked with shoulders and rows although without even seeing you i think you should be working the lower/mid traps more (everyone needs to)

tri's - close grip press, close grip press lockouts, bench press loclouts, shoulder press lockouts, diamond push ups, bodyweight extentions...they also get worked with shoulder and bench presses

if the wts aren't heavy enough to accomodate some or all of these reply and we'll do something else
