Hi there!
I agree with Swans... If you're feeling pain just doing simple leg lifts, or if you've been feeling consistant pain since summer, then you might have some kind of injury there that needs to be checked out. No doctor is perfect... it could be that your doctor missed or overlooked your injury. If i were you I'd go to another doctor for a second opinion. If it is an injury you really don't want to make it worse. ;)
Hope this helps!

You're going to have to leave the situation alone and get a consultation.
It's possible you might have some kind of mild hypermobility, which could mean the joint might "sublux", and as a result would be partially dislocating.
You might need to see an Orthopedist, (Bone specialist), if a regular Doctor can't help you, and if it is related to a Bone problem.

Thanks for the help...It turns out i posted this thread too earily...I tryed to workout again i didn't feel anything in leg. The pain i still feel in knee is a lil different. It's been there since i poped knee, i had ex rays on it be nothing was found. I told doctor about it again he told me to take some IB pills. I assume that maybe i still have water in knee. I can run and do sports...i just feel a pain when leg bends all the way back.
