I know the basic idea behind it is that it's intended for people who aren't seeing results from their workouts. In one of his interviews I read him basically talking about keeping good form and speed while lifting and doing heavy weights. I'm definately seeing results from workouts, but I'm wondering if this book would be worth purchasing. What do you guys think?
