Workout Queries

Post by abhisman »

I have dumbbell set, 1 bicep bar, Zcurl bar, 1 large bar and flat bench

What should be workout schedule for a week? How many different types of exercise should I do? How may set for each exercise?

Please help me with your valuable information. It would be really helpful for me.

Thank you

How much weight do you have for lifting? Is it heavy or light for you? What's your diet like? Read the sticky in the diet and nutrition forum that Swanso wrote, it's great. What are your goals?

Thanks for your reply.

Currently I am having 4 plates of 5 KG pach, 4 plates of 2.5 Kg each. As there are seperate plates so i can adjust them in heavy or light weight.

I will surely read the diet and nutrition forum as you suggested.

goal is to build really a good muscle.
