need help!!! i want to become a fitness model

i've been working out for the last 2 years, but not so seriously, i'm a little out of shape now,i haven't been working out for six months, i eat healthy, drink enough water,no fat, but i need help, what should i begin with, i want to make a strong body, maybe start a modeling career, what do you suggest :?: i know i'm a little far of that, but i'm ready to do anything, i can be very disciplined, need professional suggestions.

i started jogging lately, wanna do it step by step, i plan to go to a gym, but i want to make a plan first

yes,i've done a lot of resistance training but not with a professional trainer.

heavy wts, light wts, low reps, high reps, machines?????

light weights, high reps, squat machine, biceps/triceps machine, pec machine, calf machine..

well it's about 50%protein, 40%carbs, and 10% fat, i haven't figured out a diet just for me, but i try not to eat unhealthy food, i'd like to know what's the best way to start with..

If this is something you know you really want to do, find a trainer who has had experience with figure athletes. They are your best bet. Until then, check out the figureathlete web site. there is a lot of information on there on how to get started and different plans.

Increase Fats, you need Fats for some growth, and other body functions.

At least 20%, no less.
