Hey, just wanted to ask for a few more suggestions.
I went to the doctor today to get back checked properly. I was told that I just severly strained tail bone and some of the surrounding muscles. I did get some X-rays also, but those havent come in yet so I have to wait to see if it is something else.
I am currently taking some prescription aleve to help back heal quicker and I am not allowed to do any exercise that puts stress on back. This icludes all bench types, running, jogging, ALL leg exercises, push ups, sit ups and every other exercise that requires lifting heavy weights and using the back. I am however, allowed to do like pull ups and chin ups etc. any workout that doesnt stress thae back period.
I just wanted to ask if anyone knows any exercises that could help me keep what I have gained so far, but dont put back at risk at ALL, there cant be any stress on it at all, I really want it to just heal up so I can go back to normal.
This is for a 2 week period so I need some sort of exercise to do during these two weeks. I can do speed bag or heavy bag and I can do like pull ups and chin ups, but there arent much others I can think of.
